A dynamic and experienced Director, Ben founded Cyber Security Specialists in 2015 with the ambition of bringing cost effective and pragmatic cyber security services to Companies of all shapes and sizes, across all business sectors.
In his spare time, Ben loves nothing more than to spend as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters in addition to some tennis and golf when time permits!
Joe Coxon
Director
Joe brings over 15 years of IT experience, including over 10 years as a Penetration Tester. His past positions as a CHECK Team Leader saw him managing Pen Testing projects to Public sector clients in the UK including Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) systems.
In his spare time Joe enjoys holidays with his wife and young son, cooking his favourite dishes and watching football.
Jenny Meller
General Manager
Jenny has been with Cyber Security Specialists from day one and has over 20 years of experience as a General Manager. This experience started in the retail and service industry before moving into Cyber Security in 2015.
Outside of work Jenny loves spending time with her family, cooking, long walks and travelling the world exploring new countries and cultures.
George Lewis
Lead Security Consultant
George is a Lead Security Consultant with a highly technical background, specialising in delivering robust security solutions for public sector and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) clients. With a deep understanding of complex environments and evolving threat landscapes, he plays a key role in helping organisations stay secure and resilient.
Outside of work, George enjoys travelling and making the most of his downtime by going on holiday and spending quality time with friends.
Eisa Ali
Security Consultant
Eisa specialises in cloud security, helping clients secure and optimise their cloud environments. A certified AWS Solutions Architect with strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and CIS frameworks, he brings both technical expertise and a practical approach to modern security challenges.
In his spare time, Eisa enjoys gaming, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.
Kyle Priestley

Kyle is a technically skilled Security Consultant, helping our private and public sector clients navigate complex cyber security challenges. Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, he plays a key role in delivering secure, resilient solutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys board games with friends, holidays, and spending time with his wife and new baby daughter.
Anastasia Aspioti
Security Consultant
Anastasia is a Security Consultant delivering security solutions to public sector clients, with experience across a range of Cyber Security roles and specialising in cloud and hybrid cloud implementations. Known for her pragmatic, risk-based approach, she offers solutions that enable organisations to achieve their objectives while managing risk effectively, recognising that good security supports delivery rather than obstructing it.
Outside of work, Anastasia enjoys baking, playing board games with friends and exploring food from around the world.
Leanne Kaut
Security Consultant
Leanne is a Security Consultant with a distinctive mix of experience across laboratories, medical device quality management, information security, privacy and compliance.
Her career began in clinical and calibration labs before moving into ISO 13485, SaMD and wider management system work. A Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, and a certified DPO, she brings both technical depth and a practical, people-focused approach.
Leanne helps clients turn complex compliance requirements into clear, workable programmes that add value and strengthen resilience.
Outside of work, Leanne enjoys hiking, dog walking, and attending her knitting group, Stitch & Sip.

Mark leads our IASME certification services, overseeing Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, IASME Cyber Assurance, and the Defence Cyber Certification. With a strong focus on helping organisations achieve and maintain recognised security standards, he brings both expertise and practical guidance to clients navigating certification requirements.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching his favourite football team, spending time with his children, and building his ever-evolving home network!

With a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex security challenges, Mathew specialises in the provision of both proactive and reactive cyber security services.

Millie Glover

Millie works closely with organisations to help improve their security posture through practical, tailored consultancy and compliance services. From ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials to penetration testing, she enjoys getting to know each business, understanding their challenges, and supporting them with solutions that make a genuine difference.
Outside of work, Millie enjoys spending her free time walking her dog, Ziggy, keeping active at the gym, and making the most of her downtime.
Andy Stafford

Andy is a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with over 20 years of experience orchestrating multi-channel growth strategies and leading high-performing teams across the North West. Having driven sustained digital transformations for major national and regional brands like Connells Group and Marketing Manchester, he specialises in technical and content SEO, paid media campaign optimisation, social channel architecture, and advanced reporting. He is an expert in using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Moz, and various content management systems.
Outside of his professional work, Andy is an avid gardener at his local allotment, an enthusiastic gamer, and a proud grandfather to two grandchildren.
